Chaos Engineering is for Optimized Systems Only

Chaos Engineering should not be attempted on systems which have not already been engineered to a high degree of stability and uptime.

In fact, there should be a threshold of availability and stability before which chaos engineering should not even be considered.

Otherwise it becomes a waste of engineer time and business resources.
