Conway's Law in Enterprise Digital Transformation Projects

After two decades of digital transformation projects it's been my personal experience that Conway's law becomes especially visible during the process of migrating an organisation to a new technological paradigm or to an improved version of it's current paradigm.
Most importantly, without awareness of conway's law during the digital transformation process one can fall afoul of it's implications they are ignored in one's planning.
